After the first meeting you’ll have an outline of the entire planning timeline and monthly tasks. We’ll attend numerous vendor appointments to ensure your vision is communicated while keeping a cohesive design. Welcome bags, invitations, guest favors- don’t worry about it we can assemble and deliver everything for you. Before the design is locked in we’ll present a color rendering of your reception at the final walk-through to help you visualize your reception and make any desired changes.
You love the idea of wedding planning but not sure where to start? After our kick-off meeting you’ll feel a sense of relief and organization. We stack hands on the to-do’s and review what’s in store during the planning process. We’ll accompany you to select vendor appointments to help build a cohesive design and review contracts to ensure no detail is overlooked.
We’ll provide guidance while booking vendors and access to resources to ensure you’re right on track with planning. Our engagement with all vendors begins one month out from the wedding to answer any questions and nail down day-of logistics. We gather and review contracts to confirm no overlapping of responsibilities or neglected details.
On the day of your wedding we execute on your hard work! You’ve planned the day and now you get to enjoy it (as well as your family). We will coordinate with all your vendors to ensure a seamless execution.
